“By the July of 2016,I already move to Berlin for half a year.I was asked by a Taiwanese curator, whether I start my new works to show.”

-No…. I think art production is not my first concerned, instead , life is.

Yes,Moving to somewhere nowadays is easy, you rent a storehouse, put your shit inside(despite you called it”my whole life”) bought a flight ticket, go to the new city, rent a flat, and buy a bunch of new shit  from ikea.

All of those problems are  money-wised. With currency, you can bought a exactly the same piece since most of the furniture brand are now marketing globally,  and thats how people assumes things  happened in the material world.

But I still feel unsettled.what do I missed? The exotic life-style from western view?

Being an um-employee in Berlin, this project starting from a world migrant trying to  get connection with daily object–by self made . It than develop a series of discussion including: Gaining the Production Space / Acquisition of raw materials / Labour in mass production / Shipping and Pricing /  Difference between Consumer and User.

By using the simple technic of Mold making, This project use the object with”oriental feature” the that  can be accessible here as a mold and reproducing a series of object out of the sand and stone she mined in her travel during her migrant life europ.

By transfer my identity in a series of work in object production, I first be a miner who digging for raw materials. Later im a object buyer, using the shape design by other as a wisdom capital of mine.Than I’m a mold maker, afterwards I’m a female worker, keep doing the same things for 8 hours a day. At the end. the object will be used in my tea table. A ceremonial event to feast the guest in Taiwanese culture.
